Hohnholz Lake Overview

This cache provides an excellent view of Hohnholz lakes and environs. Bring your own pencil. The approach from Hohnholz lakes is all BLM or open state of colorado lands. Please leave all three gates as you found them. To the north is a large cache with polished stones, 0.35 miles as the crow flies, but a direct assault is not recommend nor is fording Stuck Creek a good idea until late summer. To get to rg013 it is recommended to follow the ridge down, cross the creek, and then back up to the cache. This approach has not yet been verified and visiting rg013 listing is recommended.

Waaahoo 7 years later. Well it’s still here and in great shape. I was a littler hesitant to go after this one because of all the gates, but since my daughter had a an app called On-x for hunting, we knew it was public land. SL! TFTC

Wow, We found it, but talk about a remote cache! This was a great cache with great views. Nice hide! This was one coolest since I've been doing this geo cache thing.
