LOL I thought the weeds would be 3-4 inches deep here, it was more like a foot! I can tell at some point a replacement cache was put here, and I just can't get the log out. It's a mini alcohol bottle, which may not be the best for folks with kiddos anyway... so I used my last replacement container here. My extra logs all have peace love pi's name on them, so shhhh! Don't tell, we'll make her come out this way and make an official visit...

Some people call Wednesday hump day, I call it cache day! Being the time of year it is, at lunch I thought about it and decided I did not have the feeling I would see a danger noodle (snake) today, so I hit the plains and had mixed luck. The grass has grown up in some areas to the point where I didn't dare go in, and in other places I went in but had no luck finding the cache. Probably easier with no or dead grass... Anyhoo, I did find most of what I looked for and even had a little fun on a non-maintained road. A big thank you to the COs for placing these and putting smileys on my face today! Find #3751

Its been a long hot summer in Texas, I've been trying to get out and do a caching trip a couple of times this summer, but it never worked out. Finally managed to get a week off, and am so happy to be out here in Colorado. The weather if perfect, and there is a load of caches that need my name on Smile Thanks so much for the hide mondou2, I really enjoyed finiding this cache!

Two week vacation and I made it to Denver without a problem. I have until 1130 am on Saturday to cache until I pick up another cacher at the airport....ohh what shall I do??? Hitting the park and grabs near the airport...Tftc.
