Nearly every time I pass by this location, there is a new message written with driftwood on the shoreline.  I've selected this location for the cache, as it is the best place to view the message from and has a great pullout for parking.  

As you stop to find the cache, be sure to look across the cove to view the message.  Please post the message that you see, and a pic as well!

Cche is a small camouflaged container that only contains a log.
"Happy 10th <3 U JA" was the message I had written the night before as my wife and I passed by this spot on the way to Blackhawk for out 10th wedding anniversary.  I had wanted to create a message for her, as she is always excited to see what is written on the shore as we pass by.  Like clockwork, she always says "did you wite me a message" as we pass by a similar looking cove just before this one.  Of course, I always reply, "yeah right, like I have time to do that when I'm traveling for work"...  I was working in Grand County the evening before and had made the trip down there to write the message.  As we were driving the following day, she of course asked as we passed the cove, "oh did you write me a message"?  I laughed, and as we topped the hill and I turned on my blinker, she asked what I was doing?  As I began to turn into the pullout, I handed her a small piece of driftwood that I had pulled from between the seats and wished her "Happy Anniversary!"  The message was now visible and she was extremely surprised!  She couldn't believe that I had done that, making our 10th Anniversary extra special!  Here is picture of the message, what a cool place!

It was like looking for a needle in a haystack. But there were not that many haystack so we were able to make the find. Thanks for the cache. We backtracked to a nearby camping area for lunch before heading back to Silverthorn.

I found this cache today on the drive from Kremmling to Dillon. The message today was "Happy Fathers". Not sure if day was underwater or implied but still kinda cool.

I looked for 30 minutes. Could not find it. That was a bummer. The lake and sign were nice, though.
