Come walk thru the cattails to Cattail Island.
Make sure it's low tide to walk to the island. It could be inaccessible at times. You could walk the magic reed carpet depending on the tide level. I came from the Himalaya St. side. The island trees are your obvious destination.

Ok so story goes, we tried for this one many months ago but could not make a good approach without getting soaked. Fast forward to today, approach was much better to the island since all the water was frozen. Great placement on the cache too.

Some may say we are crazy, but this game/hobby is one of the greatest gifts. Who doesn’t love a great scavenger hunt. Hiking, biking or driving hundreds of miles to sign our name on a piece of paper. This brings us a lifetime of joy, and new friends from all around the world.

Not too wet today. The log was even dry. Needed this one for a challenge involving "island" caches -- which are few and far between. Thanks for the fun!
