Dropped my son off at summer camp and went for a long cache walk. 2 hours out here and 8 caches found. Spent a lot of time feeling like Laura Ingalls wandering in the tall grass on the prairie. Sl, thanks!

This was the second cache I found along this trail. It was a little harder to get to GZ because of the snow, but it wasn't too bad. Once I got to GZ I focused on the wrong area for a while. And at the point where I was figuring I wasn't going to find it, I looked in one more spot and there it was! Not exactly winter friendly, but it wasn't too bad. The log is totally dry! Always a good thing after a nice snow.
