Just off highway 13 north.
Elevation is 6300 feet.
Small white container just bigger than a film canister.
Contains a log and pencil.

Cache is located at what used to be the inlet end of Ralph White Lake. The lake was drained after it filled with sediment from spring runoffs from the Elk Mountain Range drainage. The unique twin volcanic cone peak you are able to see while driving highway 13 is named Bears Ears. The creek this cache is near is known as Fortification Creek because of the volcanic formation it flows by further north along the highway.
This is the 3rd. in the colorful cache series.
Have Fun!!

Found it! COLD day for caching but great day for a ride! Someone stopped and told us there were 8 bald eagles in the tree nearby— we never saw ‘em! Ha! Saw 14 other eagles throughout the day so far though!
