I solved this a long time ago, came by to look for it this past April. Workmen were hard at it just behind the fence in the adjacent residence, and I didn't even attempt to look for the cache that day. No trouble at all today. Thanks for the puzzle!

I needed A LOT of hand-holding from the CO to figure out this code. Nicely themed placement for the final, though it looks like some landscaping has been done in the area and the container might be gone. The CO gave me permission to log a find, while he comes to check on GZ.
