Cache is not at the given coordinates, but is only a short swim and hike away.
NOTE 6/23/18
I had to make a change to A2 and the equations; final is still at same location as before.
You might want to check www.ditchproject.org.
This cache will take you to scenic spots on 5 of Boulder's irrigation canals (see photos below). To solve the puzzle, you will need to obtain one piece of info near the given coords for each canal and also determine the straight line distance to the headgate on Boulder Creek where each canal begins.
NOTES:
Since the canals are usually shaded by trees in the summer which can affect GPS reception, the coords listed for each canal are not exactly on the canal, but were taken in an open spot very close to where the photos were taken. Use these coords to compute the distance to the headgate and obtain the required info.
For the distance calculations, use integer kilometers; figure the distance in km, and use the integer value without rounding up. (3.15 would be 3; 5.84 would be 5, etc.)
I did all the research for this cache by bicycle, and it makes for some nice rides.

Mini-micro black bullet, log only, no pen.
Be aware of muggles and traffic in the area.
OK, I gave you the canali, but you're on your own for the cannoli.
Trivia: The oldest surviving man-made structure in Boulder is thought to be a section of the Smith & Goss Ditch (built in 1859) running through the front yard of Naropa University on Arapahoe.
