I’ve always wanted to do these caches along the trail. Today was the day! I decided to work remotely today and so during my lunch break I headed farther up the trail.
This was the first of the afternoon and it was honestly not a great start. Like others it took me a while to spot it. At least 15 minutes. Coords are slightly off but not bad. I took a picture from GZ which may help future finders. I debated about PAF but the finder I was going to contact had found it 8 months ago so I decided to keep pressing on. I had

Excellent cache on the south Platte... No mystic mermaid trackable here though :(
Took a little raptor toy; we'll be back soon to replenish the pen and pencil supply.

Coordinates maybe 10 ft off but it’s a good size so we found it! Hoping to come back soon to replenish pens and pencils since there weren’t any.
