Dogs  Recommended for kids  Takes less than an hour  Scenic view  Cliff / falling rocks  Picnic tables nearby  Camping available  Short hike (less than 1km)

Great viewpoint- bring binoculars and camera. suitable for children 5 and up.
Be careful not to let Capt. Hook or his pirates see you close to the cache as they are still searching for Peter and the lost boys.
There are at least two ways into the cache. The easiest is to park outside the entrance to Cold Springs Campground (to avoid use fees unless you are camping or picnicking there) and walk .4 miles to the trail that goes to the top. The shortest route(.2M) is to park due south of the cache beside highway CO119 and walk from there. Head straight for the cache till you come to the rock face. Then proceed arround the rocks to the North slope (trail that goes up) or the West slope (light scrambling) There are usually a few muggles from the campground close by, so the cache is placed a short distance from the best viewing site.
The cache container is a 1 liter metal water bottle with a 1 1/2 in neck

Couldn't find on our first attempt. Came back with friends and found it!

2.0 terrain? I’m still breathing heavily. Nice hide took us 20 minutes, less the climb. Lots of nooks and the proverbial crannies. Good place for a rubber duck.
