Needs maintenance

We love this trail and try and ride it as often as possible when we camp in this area and a great spot to take a break if you are biking along the trail between Breckenridge and Frisco.  Opportunity to learn about the Gold Dredging in this area as thier is a very nice histroical marker within feet of this location.  Also, theirs a very nice little pool created from the dredging with crytal clear water and saw a couple trout swimming around as we placed this cach.

We rode our geocycles from Frisco to Breck and stopped to do a couple of caches along the way. It was neat to learn about gold dredging history and see the giant hill of pilings from the dredging. Thanks for hiding this cache for us to find. Here is a pic of us on our ride!

We walked over from the Gold Hill Trailhead but we later noticed we could have stopped closer.

Took us a while to find the cache since we assumed it was a magnet. A nice hike from the parking for the Gold Hill Trail trailhead. Nice views and I wished I had my fly rod, too strong a current however. The log was full and damp from recent snow and rains. TFTC

Whoops! I signed my post too soon. Look for and not in the best shape. I don’t have a replacement right now.
