I had to wait a while before attempting to grab this one. A muggle was posted up at the GZ. Once he wandered off I made the find and realized the connection between the cache name and the cache. Super cool! I was nearby buying supplies at one of the businesses in the same lot.

(?_?) FTF 8:21p 6/10/23. Found it! #219. All is well with this super cool cache. Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde are hiding from the big yellow guy! TNLNSL. Folded it back up and sealed it nice tight.
