Cache is not at the posted coordinates, but it is a good place to park.
You don't actually have to use the official Wayback Machine, just some gumshoe skills.
Many years ago I hosted my very first event at a park. It was the first time I met many local geocaching community celebrities; many of whom I still have the pleasure of running into today! There was even Geocachers from out of the country and someone brought the infamous and controversial Brogan's Caching Karma Stick! Check out the locked cache page to see why. https://www.geocaching.com/geocache/GC7572
For those of you who have gone to my events in the recent years you've learned to expect very little - no food, drinks, log, and sometimes I'm not even there! :) This first event was special though - I had a nice log, banner, and waters. I guess there's a first and last time for everything! I have hosted other events here (including the morning of my first trip to Mingo for a 10 icon day), but this one will always hold a special place in my memory.
So what does all that have to do with this puzzle? You'll need to project a point at 283' and a bearing of 33 degrees from the coordinates of that original event. At that point - up you go! For many, this will be a familiar spot; I've had multiple hides here. And the last one (like a cockroach) was thought to be dead but in fact was never gone in the first place! So I decided to recycle the hide with this puzzle.
