Found it! Don’t know why I thought a weekday afternoon during school pick up time would be a great time to try to nab this cache :-) so ducked all the Muggles parked in the street to pick up their kids and went down to pick up the nearby GC, then doubled back and grabbed it once everybody had left. TFTC!
