Ran across this one this morning while on my way to hid  CCC-2 and I couldn't resist it.

Allot of windows facing the trail, hopfully they are at work. (Wishful thinking)

Put your back to the condos. It's not magnetic.

You can see your car from here.

With no reference points to look at, I could only get the coordinates on my phone. Hope they are close. No google maps to check with (since nothing is built here yet per google maps, at the date of publication).

Wahoooo! My first FTF! I can’t even tell you how excited I am to finally score one of these! Inevitably I would spot one to attempt on my way home from work just to have a hardcore FTF hunter snag it before I could even head out! TYVMFTC, it made my day, and is my first score for this round of Signals Labyrinth. The cache is pretty cool, haven’t seen one quite like it before. Gets a favorite from me!
