The location is a small park off the beaten path that is used mostly for walking (dogs included).  Other than the paths, a few benches, and picnic tables, there are no other amenities.  This is just a nice place to take a walk and enjoy the outdoors.  About two-thirds of the park is owned by the neighborhood homeowners' association and the other one-third is city owned.  Every now and then, the irrigation pond will have a blue heron looking for its next meal.  Stealth is a must as much of the time someone is somewhere on the paths that wind around and through this park.  This replaces a previous cache that suffered from Muggle problems.  Bring your own pen and a TOTT.

knew what i was looking for before i went as i have 1800's. so it was fairly easy to find... good thing the big sprinkler heads in the park were watering on the other end and not in the area of the cache. TNLN, T4TC. SL.

Very nice hide!!!!! Thanks for the addition to the hint. Had no idea what an 1800 was, but I do now. Thanks to the sharp eyes of the wife, she found the cache. We opened the container to retrieve this nice blank log. Slapped some ink on the blank log and claimed the [FTF]. Return container to its hidy hole by twisting in the opposite direction and not pushing. Thanks for the cache, it made me work. I was here four different times. The new coordinates are very close to right on depending on device used.

Found this cache in good order.
