Was looking at the wrong shrub for 10 minutes, then expanded out just a little and then an easy find. Grabbed the trackable and I'll find a good home for it. Thanks!

Even though it was getting dusk, I found this without too much trouble. Definitely easier in winter; but after the snow has melted! I've wanted to get this one for a while as I've found the others along this portion of the trail. Very peaceful tonight and I didn't encounter anyone else.
While I'm sure I could've slid, I was able to maintain my footing and get to GZ without too much trouble. It is a ways down, but it's not ALL the way down.
Nice little container and it was just big enough for me to drop a trackable. :)
There was a little bit of trash on the hill which I was able to pick up. I always enjoy a little impromptu CITO!
Thanks for the hide Rockets08

Out avenging DNFs today. This one was much easier in winter. TFTC!

I think the terrain is no more than a 3. But I would put the difficulty quite higher. And in summer, it would be very hard to find it.

Found it. Couldn't sign it. Got stung by a wasp trying to retrieve it.

Today was a good day to find some caches so off I went. I found this one at 10:30 am after a short search. Thanks for the cache!

First cache of the day and it is a DNF. (happily that turned out to be our only DNF of the day.) We had both dogs with us and once we saw all the cacti we took turns looking while the other one watched the dogs. Our phones said we were very close but just could't spot it. We will be back - without the dogs !!

Decided to head down the trail to the cache that the storm had chased me away. Approaching from the opposite direction gave me a better idea on how to get to the area of the cache. A little steep but was able to navigate around enough to make the find. Again the container blended very well with the vegetation. SL
