Out taking advantage of a somewhat of a nice day. Caching our way to the Intriguing Minds - The Basics Event in Berthoud. Cleaning up the last of the wingin event caches along with grabbing several of the new invasion series. Broke out the geo-bike to go after these caches. Searched the area for about 20 minutes. After expanding the search area abnd still not coming up with it, I gave cobiker a call to get a hint. OMG!!!!, good thing it wasn't a snake. Saw the metal sticking out of the ground that got ecanderson. Nice hide, SL, TFTC

Like ecanderson wrote, watch for that spike in the sloped approach. Yikes!

Carnage is right.

Geez - watch for that old 3" stub of steel fence post sticking out of the ground on your way down. Didn't see it, and very nearly did a face plant. No space for the traditional tuck and roll, since it's uphill right away at the bottom! Guess I don't need a bone density test yet.

Cache is in good shape and hanging right in there.

I only gave this a quick search because after I got down off the beaten path the mosquitoes started to dive bomb me. I gave a quick search to what I thought the name described as the hiding spots though.

Nice walk, but would not want to search a month from now. Not sure which replacement cache I found, only 2 signatures last one March 2017. Thanks for the hide!
