Fun and devious cache in Richards-HART Estate park.
Richards-Hart Estate park is a nice public park in Wheat Ridge with easy parking. This could be tricky, but if you have seen this type of camo before, it will probably be easy. (Difficulty rating should go down significantly if you look at the hint).

There are sometimes weddings/events held in this park. If one of those is going on, you will certainly have to deal with more muggles about, and your search might even have to be postponed to a different day.

NOTE: There is no need to look inside anysort of sprinkler controls / power boxes, etc. It is hidden in plain sight.
