Xtreme or Xstream caching is what awaits you! You might want to bring another cacher with you, as there is an Xtreme stream crossing involved, and a difficult/steep hill to navigate.
*** Look at the terrain rating and read this carefully*****
This is a replacement cache for GCVHRK. It was muggled in an Xtreme fashion!!!!
As PantalaNagaPampa celebrates 2000 finds, you too will have the opportunity to negotiate unpleasant obstacles to get that big cache on the hill.
Where and how you cross Bear Creek is up to you. In warm weather, long pants and hiking boots are advised to avoid cactus, yucca, and weeds that like to embed themselves in your skin.
Take your time, and follow a good route up and down from the cache. A straight climb from the bottom of the hill to the cache is ill-advised. Don’t drag small children along for this one. It will be Xtremely difficult for them. Let them wait with another adult somewhere safe.
I have included coordinates for the trailhead/ parking, and for where I crossed Bear Creek to hide the cache.
Cache is a camoed lock & lock container with lots of goodies to start.. Please hide well when you are done. Log book is an Xtremely used Harry Potter desk calendar
Trailhead is N 39.39.759 W 105.14.976
Xtreme XStream Crossing: N 39.39.784 w 105.15.157 or where YOU get Xtreme!!!!
