This attempt was a complete bust from beginning to end. Here is my tale of woe. If I am not familiar with an open space area, I have trouble if there are no parking coordinates. That was the case today. The vehicle GPS said to park on Delaware. There is an abundance of 'no parking' signs here. I did find a place to park that didn't have a no parking sign. I first headed a bit north to gain access to the paved trail. I followed it and came to a dirt trail and it was taking me away from the cache so I tried some game trails and bushwhacking some cattails. That was a mistake so I backtracked until I could get to the prairie dog town. Finally made it to GZ and made a frustrating search. What I did find was a piece of barbed wire laying on the ground with a zip tie and ring attached. Was the cache sabotaged by a prairie dog? Made it back to the geomobile. I believe I walked more than a mile for this one. Could you please let me know if it is missing? Thanks.
