Beautiful journey out of Red Cliff heading towards over Shrine Pass. This cache will lead you over the river and through the woods.
***This cache was originally placed in September of 2007 as a multi-cache. It has never been found, so we decided to redo it as a traditional.***

Once you reach Red Cliff, follow the signs to Shrine Pass. The cache is located across the river near what we are calling "Camelot."

The river is kind of sketchy to cross, but where there's a will there's a way :)

Our last week of an awesome month of caching in Colorado. Driving back to Leadville today to do more caching and stopped here to see if we could find this cache . Parked and walked short distance up road toward GZ. Made it across the river and started the hunt. We soon had cache in hand. What a cool piece of history! Cache and log in good shape and log has been found by several non cachers who signed the log. Thanks for placing cache here and for the wonderful adventure! Favorite point for everything!

Last stop on the Shrine Pass Road! Able to navigate the creek without getting wet (both ways)! Thought I saw Merlin while I was signing the log but just my imagination. This gets a favorite because of the effort to cross the creek and the location. TFTC
