10:55:00 AM Out for a beautiful day in the high country! Thanks! Hiked on the CDT, and then rode the Fraser River Trail. What a cool post, and a strange place for it to be.

After a DNF at the nearby cache, we decided to come to this one for a smiley. When we saw the terrain, my wife opted to stay in the geomobile with the geodog. I headed toward GZ, and had a bit of a time with it. Eventually, I saw the post and began my search. I searched carefully near the post, but then broadened my radius. I thought a number of times about abandoning the search, but I did not want to have two DNFs in a row. Eventually, I was able to find the container, and was quite relieved. This was rather tricky to find, but once found, it was easy to spot. LOL. We were in the area to visit with our daughter who works at the Crooked Creek Ranch Young Life Camp. TFTC SL, Aiken, SC (3671)
