Back public access parking, Black fence, NE between stairs and crusier parking.

Look at that beauty and possibilities of that bridge at the bottom of the stairs and see all the probable muggles looking at you and wondering what you are doing! I just couldn't do it so I am letting you just look at the bridge instead ... hehe  crying  ... A cache wouldn't last long down there.

Hanging, unscrew base, sign log and return base. ty

Allot of foot traffic around (even above the bridge) so be very stealthy.
