Replaced on the north side of the tree (there is a nice opening in the branches). Please be careful when retrieving because the zip ties don't hold it very tight

Well this is my third time back. This time brought gloves. I could not find it, but someone watching me ask if I was looking for the thing in the tree. I said yep and she said that she hasn't seen it there for a while. I think this one is gone. I live down the street. I will contact the owner and see if they would like it replaced.
