I parked over at the library and walked over to this one. Fairly quick find, but the log was wet and the container had water in it. I shook out the water and decided to stroll around the memorial while the log dried. Took in the sculptures, read some of the signs, and the paper was bone dry in no time. The container still had a little water in it, but I was ready to move on so I signed the log and was on my way. Thanks for the find. Cache #2702.
