This is the second cache in my newer series PA. This cache is dedicated for Kali Uchis, a Colombian-American artist known for her unique mix of R&B, soul, and reggaeton. Had to go round about to access this one. With the nearby closed road, it was tough to find my way in. Once there, the find was easy. Cute puzzle, although I had to play with a few numbers. Thanks.
