Whilst caching at Mission Viejo Park recently, we noticed a bunch of trash in/near the creek that runs alongside it. We figured it would be a good spot for a little CITO-ing before the spring season comes to a close!

Trash bags will be provided – please BYO grabby-grabby stick and gloves if you want them.

We will meet at the concrete bench at GZ. There is a main parking lot for the park on the other side, so I've noted a closer parking option in the waypoints.

There are a handful of caches in the park itself and a bunch in the area if you want to get some logs in surrounding the event!

A small heads up: There are a couple of porta-potties in the park but last time I was there they were lacking toilet paper, so I wouldn't recommend counting on there being restrooms available.

Many thanks for hosting this event! After the rains there definitely was a lot of trash that had flowed from somewhere!
