Fairgrounds, Campgrounds and Humane Society. There is always something going on at the Fairgrounds and people camping right in the middle of town at this spot. Feels like this area could use more caches for all the people coming and going.

Should be a quick park and grab.

Starts out life with a bit of swag and Rags TB.

No luck. We were at gz and still did not find. Then a man came out and said it was a restricted area and we had to leave.

We looked in lots of likely spots, with no luck. We were hoping for the assistance from an employee, as previous caches had, but the employee we talked to had no idea what we were talking about. Just not our day!

TFTC SL. We were on the wrong side of the fence, so an employee at the nearby building came out and told us that the cache was on the other side of the fence.
