I needed an easy and short day hike, so I came back to the Lincoln Mountain Open Space. I've seen a cache like this in New Jersey, but in a much larger 30mm Ammo Can. So I knew what had to be done and I sat down and did it. One of the things I enjoyed was the nearby bench. Instead of flopping down on the ground near the container like I normally do, I enjoyed using the nearby and much more comfortable bench. Since I have a good technique for this kind of cache, I was able to make the find with no drama and relatively quickly. It was a great bonus that the rain and hail stayed away! Thanks to the CO for placing this nice cache for everyone to find and giving me an excuse to come back to this area. TFTC.

Enjoying a gorgeous Mother's Day weekend here in Colorado. I didn't realize this open space existed until I saw a cluster of caches in this area on the geocaching map. TFTC!

It took a good tug to get the lid open and the contents started to spill out. That just made it easier to find the log :) Thanks for the fun find.

Well, I thought this was going to be an easy find. The lid was sticking, but when it finally popped open.... well.... balls! LOL Turns out it was the 2nd to last one before we found the [adjective redacted] log. Thanks for the laugh!!
