Sorry but I wasn’t able to find this one. It appears there was a pretty strong water flow through here after the recent snowstorm. It washed a lot of debris into the area.

Not sure if this one was in the right spot, because it was kind of out in the open. Signed a blank log as FTF at 1:15 PM and rehid the container where I found it, but according to the hint. Thanks for the new cache!
