Geocache hidden at the entrance to the Kanza Cemetery.

Kanza Cemetery is located in the far southwest corner of Elbert County. There are 141 interments here, many of which date back to the early 20th century. Take some time to walk around the grounds after you've signed the log and reflect on the pasts of these people.

You do not need to enter the cemetery to find the cache. Please hide the container back as you found it so that it is out of sight. Good luck!

Out with OH GeoBug to run up some numbers and enjoy a morning of caching before the rains hit. Logged #61 for the day as the rain started to pelt down. This one was an easy find. What a nicely-kept cemetery. TFTC!

Out this morning with Colorado GeoDemon finding many of the caches in the different series in this area. Had a few DNF’s but ended up with 62 caches. Saw many wild life including a buffalo.
