Nice spot!

We parked the bikes and hiked to the summit and quickly found the cache.
A log from last year stated that something had been chewing on the cache and now it has been chewed all the way through. It was 1/2 full of water but the bag kept the logs mostly dry. We dried it out as best we could and re-hit and covered it with flat object so hopefully that less water gets inside. Needs some repair though.

Out jeeping with Team Red Rubicon again! Today, Team Laxson, Red Ruby, Takes the Hard Way and I made a run on several trail--Cumberland Gulch, Apex Road, Miner's Gulch, and Yankee Hill to name a few. We had a great day and grabbed quite a few caches along the way.

Thanks!

Out for another fun day of jeeping and caching with Team Red Rubicon. A little windy and chilly today...but that didn't stop us!

After finding the nearby Yankee Hill cache, we rocked our way up to this one. It's very windy and very cold up here, with a little bit of snow on the ground in shadowed areas. Found the cache quickly once to GZ, and pondered with the CC was there for. The lid is in rough shape, but the contents are still dry and the logbook is in good shape. We placed a nice sized flat rock on top of it - hope it is enough to keep the moisture out of the cache.

Came up to cool down after a hike at Heritage Square and had a great time bouncing my truck up the hill. The views are incredible and the wildflowers are out in full force. The container lid has some damage to it, but the log was dry. Several muggles on the trail up here, but none bothered me while making the find. Cheers!

Out on the maiden voyage of my wife's new Jeep. Great day for it. Had to walk through a little snow but found it easily enough. The lid must be tasty to the little creatures but the contents of the cache are OK. TFTC
