A great place to stretch the legs and get in a short hike.

The cache sits along a hillside next to a pretty reservoir. At the top of the hill you have a 270 degree view of the reservoir and great views of the surrounding vistas. Shiprock, Chimney Rock, Ute Mountain, Mesa Verde and the La Platas are all visible from this location.

Cache Contains a logbook, pencil and assorted geocaching swag.

This cache replaces the long lost Lakeview Cache

Pretty view. The reservoir is way down. We have had a rough morning with geocaching. Having two do not finds out of 5. So it's good to find this one, we are increasing our odds of finding more. Now off to the Heritage Center where we can study some history. Thanks for the hide.

Trying to cross out some Colorado countURS today. Got 2 and now I’m pointing the car southwest toward home. Neat skull found near where I parked and hiked up. Tftc!
