FTF! with nite_raven at 5:30pm. After getting the cache at Parkview we headed over here. I feel like I've done a cache in this exact spot before, but couldn't find anything on Project GC... maybe a multi stage? Or a letterbox? Signed the log at the exact time we were supposed to be at a family BBQ. Thanks for the new hides.
