Decided to give this one another look. Spent awhile and thought about calling it a day, but was just checking a few last possibilities when there it was, x marking the spot. This is definitely a well hidden 1st stage. Off we went to the final. As previous cachers have said only the log remains in a plastic bag. The log is pretty well fused together from repeated wetting and drying, but there is still lots of room to sign on the front and back. Dug around a bit and found 3 film containers and some kind of electronic device with a long piece of copper wire attached. Maybe they were in the original container? Thanks for this fun search! Gets a favorite point.

Spent a while looking for this one, but no smiley. The last two logs are somewhat confusing.

We remember this one as a different cache! Container is gone and the cache log is soaked! Contacted the owner. TFTC SL

The mystery of where the final stage is actually now located has been solved. I will communicate the precise coordinates and hide circumstances to kaiwarrior. The huge ammo box still has a bunch of items in it, but does not contain the log book that had been left at the original final location. As a "special" log "book" commemorating the "Wingin' It" event (I attended the 9th annual event today), I left 20 already-used raffle tickets in the cache container. Each ticket provides a single log space for future finders. Someone should transfer the original log book to the container at its new hiding location. The coordinates listed in the first stage for the final stage should also be revised by Dan. Thanks for this multi-cache!
Thanks for this multi, and thanks for continuing the GREAT Wingin' It events each January!

First stage is there in good shape, and easoer than it should be.
Final has been stolen but they were kind enough to leave the log book right where it should be.
