It was a beautiful Colorado spring morning, so we got out on the trails early to enjoy God’s handiwork. We ended up hiking 10+ miles with 2700+ feet of elevation gain. We summited Mounts Buckhorn and Kineo, so we enjoyed some awesome views. What a great day!
We were thankful to find a fairly nice (although still steep) trail to the summit. gamma made the find and then we read the hint in the cache description- maybe we should have reversed those two steps! ;o) Signed the log and enjoyed the amazing view from the summit. Thanks for the fun and challenging cache.

This was the goal for Lemonheadmafia and I today. It was a winter wonderland and perfect Colorado day for a hike. I've looked at this cache for 7 years. Every time we hiked these trails we were on our way somewhere. Finally today we made it to Mt Kineo. Sl, thanks!

What a fall day to hike up here! Just the right temperature to hike before the sun went behind the clouds at day's end. A great spot for this cache as seen by the photo attached I took from GZ.

This cache was the reason for our hike. Hard to believe that it has been almost a year since this site was visited last. Beautiful sunny (but windy) early fall day. The views from up here are outstanding. Definitely worth the long hike. Chipmunks or other critters must have gnawed on the container. We donated a Ziplock to keep the swag and the log dry inside. Thanks for placing this cache for us to find. This one gets a favorite point.

Java Chip and I found this one in January but forgot to log it until today 3/23/2015. We had lunch on top and then I dropped one of my shoe cleats down the side of a cliff that landed on a shelf about 10 feet below. I couldn't climb down to get it but I used a very long branch to eventually retrieve it. TFTC!

Great spot :-) Came up seven bridges on this glorious fall day. It's been a while since this one's been found. Thought we'd have the place to ourselves but a member of the Colorado mountain club showed up and we chatted. Some critter gnawed some holes in the container but the contents were dry. SLTNLN TFTC
