Found it 05/24/2020 By LostinDenver
[FTF] 05-14-2020 at 1:57 pm. I found parking (not where I first thought) and made my way over to the GZ. The weather was brutal - windy and alternating between snowing and rain. But it is beautiful up here. After grabbing this one I went west and grabbed the other cache. Both are well placed and deserve a fav. Pic is not a spoiler. Just a lonely tree.
Today I started my day with the intention of getting an FTF and Tarryall and a few counties and some distance caches placed by friends. Big task, but it takes my mind off of my problems. So around 10:00 am I headed west first to replace one of my missing caches. Next out to Bailey caching as I continued west to Jefferson. The weather went from 60 degrees when I left Denver to rain and 40's in Bailey. By the time I got to Jefferson I was facing rain/wind/snow/slush/and Graupel. While there I helped a stranded motorist. This weather followed me the entire day with only a small break in Buena Vista. During my travels I saw plenty of cold cows and horses, a red tailed hawk, a raven, and deer. Only a few things could have made this day better - one of them being better weather. I returned to Aurora through banks of fog and landed the Jeep wheels in the garage around 12:30 am.
Thanks for the cache!
