I live just down the road and a long while back when i was harveting all of the other geocaches in the area I came across this area and felt like it was a great spot for unique geocache.

Looked around and didn’t not see anything. The fence looks recent cut to power things up at the panel at the GZ. I wonder if it was removed then.

We had made plans to attend the Creation Celebration: Woodland Park Create-a-Cache Event, and stay overnight to work on our Creative Carnival Souvenirs Happily we earned all of our souvenirs early on, but decided to follow through with our plans. We had a very lovely weekend in the Colorado Springs area with beautiful weather and fun caches. We also had a great time at the event learning some new things, winning some amazing items, putting some faces to names and making some new friends!!. Awesome hide and camo, SL,TFTC

Found it today after looking around for a little while. I don't know how much traffic this area gets at other times, but there was absolutely none on this Sunday morning. Thanks for hiding this cache.

Got it after work this afternoon. There is no need to open any of the electrical boxes. I made that mistake and there is a big wasp nest with a lot of wasps on it! Again, there is no need to open any boxes up guys! SL and TFTC

Thanks for the really fun cache! Tip of the hat on this one! I arrived at the GZ and the sky was dark and threatening rain. But I figured it might be fairly quick... Which is wasn't too bad... But, man did this have me scratching my head for a bit. I circled the GZ and circled, and carefully avoided the wasps that have been busy building homes here. I poked here and there kicked a few things... The usual hunt. Word of caution to subsequent hunters. DO NOT OPEN the electric box that has no lock. LOTS of wasps in there. I'm actually ashamed to admit that I even did that. Back to the cache... At this point it had started sprinkling but I couldn't imagine leaving without it... Then.... There it was in my hand! Awesome! Well done! Stamped the log and replaced just as found. Favorite for this one.

I saw this pop up the other day and figured I would wait for the traffic to be at a minimum. Early this morning was perfect. About the cache, Very well done. It had me scratching my head for a few minutes but had it in my hand after making a circles. You get a fav point for this one. TFTC SL
