Just a few minutes from the camp sight. Scamper up the red hill and watch your step. One wrong move and it could be a big fall.
The cache is a tupper with a log book, a pen and a few goodies to trade.

We really had to work hard to find this one. Came up the south side after finding the 1st stage of the nearby multi. Maybe a mistake. We got within 50’ of GZ and believed we needed to continue up. We went all the way around to the west side because we missed another way up. Got to GZ but no way to access where we thought the cache was so back down & around. I couldn’t make the push back up to the mid level of GZ so the huggle did it. After finding the cache He found a more reasonable way down. I think this is much more difficult than a 3.5 terrain!

This was a fun one! We came up from Amongst The Rocks and ended up doing some bouldering in a few spots. As we rounded the top and spotted GZ the wind really kicked up. What an awesome spot for a cache. The pen inside is dead, so the next cacher may want to leave one. We didn't have one to leave. The log is signed a few times and then resorts to impressions in the paper from cachers finding the dead pen, lol. We came down a much easier way and came across a big buck walking through the trees. Ended up with all kinds of awesome photos while climbing/scrambling around here. Favorite point. Thanks for another awesome, mini adventure.

I got within 300 feet of this when the going got pretty rough. I think I took the wrong route. I twisted my ankle scrambling over one of the huge boulders and decided it would be best to turn back. With no cell phone signal I would be pretty helpless if I got seriously injured. I will have to check out the topo map and see if I can pick out a better approach to this cache.
