The Sedalia Museum and Gardens were created to preserve the history of Sedalia and Jarre Canyon. The Gardens surrounding the museum are part of the Douglas County Master Gardner program, meaning that gardeners who work the Museum plots receive credit toward their Master Gardener volunteer commitments. . The gardens are award winning xeriscape gardens, showcasing plants that work well in Colorado.

The Sedalia Demonstration Garden has been named as an outstanding public Habitat Hero garden. http://habhero.org/

The Sedalia Museum and Gardens opens for the season on April 15, 2017. Come view our new exhibits on Wednesdays from 1 – 3 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM – 2 PM. The gardens are always open

I happened to be up in the area working on a 3d printer and afterwards I had a little extra time, what better to do than to go and find a couple fun Geocaches?! I parked nearby and walked over to this one. It was a nice quick find. Everything seems to be great with this cache. Thanks for having this one out here to find today. This was a great stop on the way back to the springs.
