Stand at the posted coordinates and you will see that there are 6 lonely Islands.

Where can the cache be? Remember you are stranded. Do we swim East or West?

Do we swim North or South? Good thing we have those light up Buoys to show us the way.

Today I started the day by meeting @2lablovers at a puzzle site. Next we tackled a notorious puzzle (DGS Walking Dead) At the final we saw a few crows harassing a hawk. We finished the day by heading west. Finished the day with 21 caches. Great day.
We stopped by this one after 2LL told me that they searched for, but couldn't find the container. Surely I can find it! So we pulled up and began our search. Started on the objects of my geo-sense. Nothing. Then looked in the prickly stuff. Nothing. At this point we had been searching for about 15 minutes and looked like crazy people walking in circles around the parking lot. I was afraid someone would offer me money because they thought I was homeless. So to avoid that embarrassment, I called a previous finder. He confirmed my suspicions of where the cache should have been. I didn't call the CO because he works early and I think it was about 12 midnight where he lives. (Subliminal hint to return to Colorado).
Dropped a replacement and made out way out of the lot. TFTC!

We brought reinforcements tonight - LostinDenver to see if he could make his way through the murky waters to find the treasure. He also was stumped. A previous finder was called who let us know we had looked in the right place. Left a replacement cache.

I went for a nice 14 mile bike ride today for some exercise and some caches. I found this one along the way!

I tried what I thought were the obvious six, but I must have been wrong because I didn't find the cache. It's a little after 1am and I was nervous the cops were going to stop me.

I wasn't completely sure I understood the premise but as I observed the area I think I figured it out. Of course my 1st guess was wrong but I finally got there. But now a big bad Lincoln has pulled right up behind me & I need to be stealthy to get this one returned.

Caching with Bhob today. We got lucky on this one with looking on the correct island right away. This type is always fun. Adds twist to typical "island" cache.
