I came across a similar place where I thought a cache was hiding. I remove the covering and a live rat was staring up at me, but no cache . I was relieved to see a cache this time. TFTC

I usually get my chores done before caching, but since things have started heating up I decided to cache first today. Good decision - it was in the low 60s and slightly breezy, perfect weather to to out and about. I split between walk to caches and p&g caches. This was my DNF for the day. I picked my way down to the cache and thought what I found at GZ was a little odd. It was a black sweatshirt. I've seen odd containers / camo before, so I investigated. Using a couple sticks like chopsticks I removed it. Didn't find anything underneath and the sweatshirt was covered with spiders and caterpillars. Eeeeew. I could see something in a pocket so I gingerly picked it out. Found a "right to survive" document describing homeless people's rights and a bus pass dated 4/28. I continued looking for the cache, but quite honestly my mojo was gone at that point. Put everything back, if I had a bag I would have carried out the sweatshirt. This one might need a welfare check...

Went for a cache drive while the weather is still nice. The whoforest caches are providing me with a nice hike today. Parking was not an option on a school day so I parked on a residential street and hoofed it to the caches. The mountains are beautiful! Thanks for the placement, whoforest!
