Well, I was bested by my own cache.... If the original was there... I couldn't find it, so I replaced it.

Out geocaching with Hammerhead53 on a very rainy day. We arrived at GZ to find the container on the ground. The zip tie was broke and we did not have all our geocaching gear with us. I went back to the car and found a rubber band which did the trick. We put it back according to the hint. Thanks RPieper for the cache! Can't wait to get to the final cache.
