Well... My kids and I made our 1000th find this afternoon (5-1-10). This cache is partly dedicated to all the guys and gals who published all the caches around town. Raddad, Redknuckles, Imusttravel2000, Poolsharkycat, OrionStar, Mondou, Elrep, and anyone else that I have not mentioned. The cache is also dedicated to my wife. She has put up with all the times when I left the house at 8:30 to hunt down first to finds and when I abandoned her on the weekends. Thanks honey....
Special Thanks also goes to my buddy ClanOfAndersons. He was the one who got me hooked on caching one night last October.

So.. You are looking for a 2.5 gallon painted/camo'd bucket nested in some trees. Please take the extra time to rehide it like found. Park directly south and enjoy the walk.

Added a new log container ‘cause there were just scraps of previous logs. The lid has a hole in it, but all in all still mostly dry.

I was a little uncertain whether this is a public open space because of the fence. It was great to watch the hawks (drawn by the prairie dogs). The cache is still there. Thanks for a large cache.

Catching up on my ridiculous amount of logs that have accumulated the last couple of months.

I signed a challenge earlier this year that required a large amount of caches to be found and I’m finally at the home stretch. Making a hard push at the end of the month here since weather is in my favor and trying to get this thing wrapped up before years end.

All is well here with the cache and log.
