LOL, how does peace love pi convince me to do crazy stuff like I did today??? She is challenge obsessed, and found one where on the anniversary of when you started caching you find a cache for every year you’ve been caching. Sigh. I started caching on February 19, 2012, so I need 7 caches. On a day where the high is supposed to be 24. Should I wait until next year? I mean, what’s the difference between 7 finds and 8 finds? Then I got the reminder email on Monday night. Game on…

It’s lunchtime and up to a whopping 22 degrees. With flurries! I had a short lunch today, so I stuck near work and crossed my fingers. I got lucky here and spotted it pretty quickly. I did not learn from the previous cache and again left my coat in the car (still stupid on my part!). I did not dawdle and signed as fast as possible. I was surprised at the amount of traffic for the end of a kind of small road! Three down, four to go. Thanks for the smiley! Find #3211

Visiting from North Carolina. After finishing up the last of Colorado counties I leisurely cached my way back up to Denver to catch my flight back home. I was worried that the tree was cut down, Nope it was next door. I signed the logs with my handle or as "FF" on the smaller logs. This was my '151st' find for today. Thanks 'poolsharkycat' for a fun time in the area.
