A quick cache in the general area where we had a CITO event. True to the word, we hid a cache after the trash was out.
On April 30th, 2011, about 50 geocachers from around the state came to this area to volunteer and CITO the area.



After the event was over, we hid a cache here in the true spirit of the CITO (Cache In, Trash Out).

The cache should be a fairly easy one to get, but the terrain is a bit twisty, so please watch your ankles!

Easy walk and find - too bad more people don’t come for this one. Surprised at how few logs on this one. Just a short walk and very nice cache.

Yucky area, especially trying to push my bike in a ways through the weeds and grass since I didn't want to leave it on the side of the trail. Nice cache though. There was lots of room so I left a handful of little dog figurines and a toy car as trade items.

I have no idea why I'm even attempting this, but a while ago I signed a challenge to find all the traditional caches within a 10 mile radius of my home coordinates. I guess I need something to do now that I've finished the 360 degree challenge! It was such a nice day today I targeted some caches along a trail. Lots of bird poop around, glad the trees were empty today. Thanks for the smiley!

Well, I've ridden my MTB by this spot for a long time but, what the heck, I decided I'd go ahead and traipse over to the cache this time. The cache is in good shape with a few nice swag items (beads, trophy, trinkets). The CITO spot looks pretty clean with just a few items still laying around.

I had a nice walk to the cache. It was a quick find at QZ. The wind really picked up on the walk back to the car. I had sand blowing in my eyes and mouth. Nice hide! TFTC
