This is 3 Girl Scout Troops first hide. We had a blast learning a new skill and earning a Badge.

Girl Scouts on a journey to learn a new skill, came across a bench to ponder and wait for the Tag a longs bringing up the rear. We made bobbles and brought Signal to start a journey of his own and branch out in our very first Geo Cache.

Nicely done. Signed log.

Thanks Coloradobackcountry / 3 Girl Scout Troops for giving me a reason to get outside. It’s always worth it when you are enjoying nature. There is nothing better than acting like a kid again, digging through weeds and climbing trees, all to sign my name on a piece of paper.

Found with Cachly for IOS.

When I opened up the cache, I found a dog poop bag. Even though I was a little nervous about doing so, I checked it out and it's just filled with swag. Everything was in good shape here. Thanks for the smiley! Find #3524.

This is a really cool place to hike, the scenery often reminded me of a sci fi movie. Several of these hides will be more difficult as the weather warms up. I felt very lucky I didn't see a snake here today. Only saw one hummingbird, but that could be because five birds of prey were circling the canyon. Hit the caches I needed for the challenge, and I'll be back to get the rest.

Have a quiet weekend so I decided to grab a few for the 360 degrees of Colorado challenge. Hopped in the car kinda early and headed south both Saturday and Sunday. Another cool day today, I think it kept the snakes away. I enjoyed my hikes today, lots of flowers, rocks, cactus and birds to look at. I quit a little earlier today to head home and get some things accomplished, and I believe I'm now below 100 red rays!
