Spent a wonderful day out in this area finishing up these series and having a wonderful time doing so. The weather was great for a day of driving and hoping out ever so often. The company was great as RPieperCo came out here with me. We found lots of caches and puzzles today to make a nice full day full of caching and fun times. It's amazing how far out here it is! While out here we replaced this cache and clue. Thanks for the great caches and puzzles!
- Q: What do you call a pig that does karate?
A: A pork chop.

Thanks for the fun puzzle and series! Came out this way with Qaz armed with a whole bunch of logs and spare containers. We made our way around finding caches that have been missed in previous visits, replacing missing containers, and verifying accurate logs and clues to caches. We had a good time driving up and down these roads and had some lively conversation. We happened upon an abandoned car... Honestly, looked to be stolen then destroyed and left. Saw some neat sights and animals. I swear the jack rabbits out here might as well be dogs! All is well here! Thanks again for all you've done over the years with the may the 4th events and these fun series!

My FIRST ORDER of business today – go geocaching !
Got all my stuff together, and hopped into my 1991 Speeder, hit the ignition and – won’t start. Hit the ignition a second time and – no volts. Not kidding. IT’S NOT MY FAULT ;-)
Undaunted and knowing I had to save the universe, I hopped into Speeder #2 (from 2005) and it fired right up. Woo-HOO !!! The hyper-drive wasn’t functioning properly but that is OK, because the Hemi-drive was working AOK. I made the Ute Pass Run in 12 par-MINs. If you didn’t know, a par-MIN is exactly 60 times the length of a par-SEC.
Once the Ute Pass Run was behind me, I headed out across the Dune Sea between COS-Eisley and Cal-deraan (formal name Calhan-deraan), and arrived at my destination. I saw a lot of SAND and a few PEOPLE, and started looking for those 16 containers that might contain either a map to that Luke guy or the plans to a super weapon. I found a bunch of clues that led me to – the FIRST ORDER !!!
But I’m just one guy in a Speeder-Jeep – “what good is a snub Jeep going to be against THAT ?!?! “
Well, fortunately, I used to bullseye First Order geocaches in my T-Jeep back home, and they weren’t much bigger than two cubic deca-inches, so I stamped that log, dropped a trackable and headed off to meet up with the Resistance !
The Trackable is a copy tag of that alien-looking creature the “armadillo”. Take that, you First Order scum !!!

Out caching with FWIA and Izzyfix on a beautiful day before the cold comes tomorrow. What a great time we had! Picked up as many as we had time for and headed home just before dark. Thanks to all the COs for putting these out for us to find and learn different things! Signed log FIH for our little band of cachers.
