In the historic district of Cripple Creek & Victor you will see what people will do for gold.

You may notice caves in the rock where the Oldtimers  had tunneled deep into the earth in the search for gold.

Out caching with the Pike Crew (piker and NVGoldFish). We are staying with our son (NVGoldFish) in Cripple Creek, CO for a couple of days.. We are then headed home to Bloomington, MN. We are out finding some caches today and seeing this part of CO.

TFTC A great stop after the Mollie Kathleen Gold Mine tour. Though it looks like maybe mining operations moved to the other side of the mountain. The kids took a nickel and a penny.
